In Business Info, enter your business name, address, and configure working hours for each day. Klendr only ever shows clients genuinely free slots.
In the booking page editor, upload your profile photo and cover image. Add a description, Instagram and WhatsApp links. Create services โ each with a name, duration, price, and optional photo โ and group them into categories. In Branding, pick an accent and background color, and choose from 6 fonts. Add a second language so clients see your page in their preferred language.
Find your link in Profile โ Booking Page โ Share Booking Link. Set a custom short name (e.g. klendr.me/hairsalon) โ it stays yours forever. Download the QR code and print it at your salon. Drop the link in Instagram or WhatsApp โ clients book in seconds.
All appointments appear in month and week view. Add bookings manually, edit the time or service, and cancel with a single tap. Need a break? Switch to Break mode and tap any free time slot to block it. Tap a day in the week view header to close it off entirely.
Every client gets an email confirmation right after booking and a reminder 2 days before. Each email includes a manage link โ the client can reschedule or cancel with one click, no calls needed. You see the change in your calendar instantly. SMS reminders are available in Client Notifications for +โฌ5/month โ a monthly SMS allowance is included; messages beyond the limit are billed separately โ you can keep sending SMS in any volume.
The Analytics tab shows monthly revenue (realized + upcoming), hours worked, appointment count, new clients, top services, and top customers by revenue. In the Clients section, each client card shows their full visit history, total revenue over 365 days, and upcoming appointments.
