Booking page for yoga and Pilates instructors
Online booking for yoga and Pilates instructors is the front door of Klendr, a booking and accounting system for studios and solo teachers. Students book private yoga or a reformer hour from a link, and the same calendar invoices them, tracks the mats and grip socks you sell, remembers every student's practice and reports revenue per instructor.

A small studio lives on calm sessions and quiet admin. Who paid for last week's reformer hours, how many grip socks are left in the basket by the door, which instructor is fully booked and which has gaps: in Klendr these answers come from the same sessions your students book.
- Accounting and invoices — a PDF invoice with VAT after each private session or one for the month, sent automatically, with a due date and late interest; a company can get one for an office yoga series. Each month, export invoices as CSV and a PDF archive for your accountant, plus Stripe deposits. See payments.
- Inventory management — yoga mats, cork blocks, straps and non-slip socks as products sold through the invoice, with an email when only a few pairs of socks are left.
- Student history — every session, amount, late cancellation and your note in one card: "lower back, avoid deep backbends" or "second trimester, side-lying work only".
- Analytics — revenue per instructor, hours taught, the fullest days and whether reformer or mat sessions earn more, in analytics.
- Online booking and reminders — a link for your Instagram bio or a booking form on the studio website, a shared calendar with retreats as vacation, email and SMS reminders the day before, Google and Apple Calendar sync and an Android app.
Why yoga and Pilates teachers take bookings online
During a session your phone is on silent, and it should be: nobody wants a teacher checking messages in the middle of savasana. Meanwhile someone writes "do you have a private reformer slot this week?", waits an hour for the answer and books another studio. Private work is where most of a teacher’s income comes from, and it is the part that suffers most from slow replies.
A booking page works while you teach. The student opens klendr.me/your-name from Instagram, your Google profile or the studio website, chooses a format, sees only times that are really free and books in four steps without an app or an account. A confirmation goes out by email straight away, and the session appears in your calendar.
Private yoga, mat Pilates and reformer sessions
Give every format its own service with its own length and price: "Private yoga 60 min", "Private yoga 90 min", "Mat Pilates private", "Reformer Pilates private" and "Duet reformer for two". Put them into the groups Yoga and Pilates and add a photo of the room or the machine, so a newcomer understands at once what they are booking.
A reformer needs a few minutes between students to wipe it down and reset the springs. Klendr has no separate buffer setting, so include that time in the service: book a 50-minute reformer session as 60 minutes and write "50 minutes of practice" in the description. The next student can only start when the machine is ready.
A trial session that turns into regular practice
Many people are curious about the reformer but unsure whether it suits them. A separate "Trial reformer session" with a lower price and a clear description — what happens, what to wear, how early to come — lowers the barrier. After the session write a short note in the student card: level, the shoulder they mentioned, the springs that worked, what to focus on next time.
Students who stay book further sessions through the same permanent link. Klendr does not sell class passes or memberships, so if you offer a block of sessions, take payment as you do today and book each session separately. When a new instructor joins or you open early-morning privates, send an email campaign to all students or only to those who read in a particular language.
A studio with several instructors
On the Team plan every instructor has their own working hours and their own calendar, while the studio has one booking page where students choose the teacher and the format. The owner sees the whole studio in a shared calendar, and a studio with two locations can keep both addresses in one account.
Klendr books instructors, not machines. If the studio has two reformers and three instructors, plan their hours so that no more than two reformer sessions run at the same time. For each instructor double booking is impossible: a time that is taken disappears from the booking page.
Late cancellations and empty mats
A private hour cancelled in the morning is hard to fill. Klendr sends a reminder the day before by email and SMS, in the student’s language, and the email has a link to move or cancel the session. A time freed early returns to your booking page, so someone else can take it.
If late cancellations are a regular problem, connect Stripe payments. The setting is one for the whole account: either a deposit, a percentage of the session price charged at booking, or a no-show fee, where the card is saved and the percentage is charged only if the student does not come. If a booking is cancelled, the deposit is refunded.
Example price list of a yoga and Pilates studio in Klendr
Students see the formats like this when they book. The length decides which free times are offered, so a 90-minute private never overlaps the next session.
| Service | Duration | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Trial reformer session | 50 min | €25 |
| Reformer Pilates private | 60 min | €50 |
| Duet reformer for two | 60 min | €70 |
| Mat Pilates private | 55 min | €45 |
| Private yoga | 60 min | €45 |
| Private yoga | 90 min | €60 |
| Yoga introduction for beginners | 75 min | €50 |
Example prices from the Baltic region; every teacher sets their own.

Questions from yoga and Pilates teachers
Can I take bookings for group yoga classes in Klendr?
Klendr is built for individual appointments: private sessions, duets and trial sessions. A group class with a seat limit is not available on the booking page, so many teachers use Klendr for privates and keep their group timetable as before.
How do students book a trial Pilates class?
Create a trial session as a separate service with its own price and description. The student chooses it on your booking page like any other format and gets a confirmation and a reminder.
Can students choose a specific instructor?
Yes, on the Team plan the studio booking page lists the instructors, and each one has their own hours and calendar.
Do students need to download an app?
No. The booking page opens in any browser, and booking takes four steps without registration.
How do I reduce late cancellations of reformer sessions?
Reminders by email and SMS the day before help students plan. You can also turn on a deposit or a no-show fee through Stripe; the percentage is one for the whole account.
Can I add booking to my studio website?
Yes, with the WordPress plugin or an embed for Wix, Shopify and Tilda. Students book without leaving your site.
How much does online booking for a yoga teacher cost?
Start with 14 free days, no card required. A solo teacher then pays €10 per month for Individual or €96 per year; Individual Plus costs €15 per month and includes 50 SMS. Studios with several instructors use the Team plan.
