Waxing & sugaring

Booking page for waxing and sugaring

Waxing booking in Klendr is the start of one system for your whole waxing and sugaring studio. Clients combine legs, underarms and bikini in one visit and book discreetly online, while the same calendar sends VAT invoices, writes off wax and sugar paste from stock, keeps each client’s history and shows which zones earn the most.

Waxing studio admin: invoices, stock and reports beyond online booking

Every zone you wax uses a measurable amount of product and earns a known price, which makes hair removal easy to account for — if the data lives in one place. In Klendr the zones a client ticks become the invoice lines, the stock write-off and the numbers in your reports.

  • Invoices and records for the accountant — after the visit the client gets a PDF invoice with VAT listing each zone, sent automatically, with a due date and late interest if payment comes later. At month end, export the invoices as CSV and a PDF archive and add the Stripe deposits; your accountant keeps the books, Klendr supplies the paperwork. More in payments.
  • Wax and sugar paste stock — attach materials to each zone: grams of sugar paste for half legs, a wax cartridge and strips for full legs, spatulas, talc and after-wax oil for a Brazilian. Each booking deducts them, an ingrown-hair lotion sold at the end goes on the invoice, and a low-stock email comes before the paste runs out in June.
  • Client history — which zones she books, how often, what she paid, missed visits and notes such as “sensitive bikini line, sugar only”, all in one card; export the client base whenever you want.
  • Analytics by zone — revenue, material costs, profit and hours worked, top services and clients, so you see whether a Brazilian or full legs pays better per minute. Open analytics.

Why waxing studios prefer online booking

Hair removal is personal. Many clients find it awkward to call and say “deep bikini and buttocks, please”, or to write it in a chat with a stranger. On a booking page they simply tick the zones and choose a time, without explaining anything to anyone.

For you it removes the endless back-and-forth. Each zone has its own duration, so the system knows that underarms take 15 minutes and full legs with a Brazilian take 75. A client cannot squeeze a long combination into a 20-minute gap, and your day stays realistic.

Zones as services, combinations in one booking

Set up every zone as a separate service: upper lip, chin, underarms, arms, half legs, full legs, classic bikini, Brazilian, back, chest. The client adds as many as she needs to one booking, and Klendr adds up both the minutes and the price. You can also keep popular sets — for example “full legs + Brazilian + underarms” — as one service with a combined price.

Group services by method or by body area, so the page stays easy to scan: Sugaring, Hot wax, Face, Men. Add a photo to each group if you like. When a new client books three zones for the first time, you see exactly what she chose and how long it will take, before she walks in.

A rhythm of three to five weeks

Waxing and sugaring work best on a regular cycle: roughly every three to five weeks, once the hair has grown a few millimetres. The easiest way to keep that rhythm is to book the next visit right after the current one, while the client is still on the couch. She gets the confirmation at once and a reminder the day before.

Regulars can also rebook any time through your permanent link. Before beach season or the summer holidays, send an email newsletter from Klendr to all clients or only to one language group with your open slots. Klendr does not send automatic “your hair has grown back” messages — the next visit is booked by you or by the client.

Skin notes and a discreet experience

The client card keeps visit history and your working notes: sensitive skin on the bikini line, prefers sugar paste over wax, ingrown hairs on the legs, uses retinol — skip the face. These are notes for your own work, not a medical file, so write down only what helps you do the treatment well.

Discretion also matters in reminders. The confirmation and the reminder the day before show the service names you chose, so name them in a neutral way if your clients prefer. Clients reschedule or cancel from the link in the email, without having to call.

Klendr features for waxing and sugaring

Klendr runs in any browser on your phone or laptop and in the Android app, so you can check tomorrow between two clients.

  • Several zones in one booking — durations and prices add up automatically. See the booking page.
  • Calendar for day, week and month — buffers between clients, days off, holidays and drag-and-drop; double bookings are blocked. More in the calendar.
  • Reminders by email and SMS — confirmation right away and a reminder the day before, in the client’s language. Details in notifications.
  • Deposit or no-show fee — one percentage for the whole account via Stripe, charged at booking or only if the client does not come. See payments.
  • Copy free time — paste your open slots as text into a chat when a client asks “anything this week?”.

Waxing booking: frequent questions

Can a client book several waxing zones in one appointment?

Yes. She ticks all the zones she needs — for example legs, underarms and a Brazilian — and Klendr adds up the time and the price into one continuous booking.

How often do waxing clients come back?

Usually every three to five weeks. Book the next visit before the client leaves; she gets a confirmation now and a reminder the day before the visit.

Can I note a client’s skin sensitivity?

Yes. Keep working notes in the client card, such as sensitive areas or a preferred method. They are your notes, not a medical record, so store only what you need for the work.

Is online booking discreet enough for intimate waxing?

Clients choose zones on the page instead of describing them on the phone. You decide how the services are named, so you can keep the wording neutral.

How do I reduce no-shows at a sugaring studio?

The reminder the day before covers most forgotten visits. For more protection, turn on a deposit or a no-show fee through Stripe — one percentage for the whole account.

How much does Klendr cost for a waxing specialist?

Individual is €10 a month, Individual Plus with 50 SMS is €15, and every plan starts with 14 days free without a card.
