Every tire shop knows the pattern. The first frost or the first warm week arrives, and the phone rings nonstop: "Anything free tomorrow?", "How much for R17?", "Can I pick up my tires from storage?". The person answering is usually the person who should be at the lift, so every call costs a wheel.

They open your link from Google Maps, Instagram or a text message, choose the service for their rim size, see only the times that are really free and book in four steps — no app, no account. The appointment lands in your calendar a second later.

The link also works on the sofa at night, which is exactly when most drivers remember about winter tires. You wake up to bookings instead of a queue of calls at eight in the morning.

Plan the autumn and spring rush in 30-minute slots

In Estonia winter tires are mandatory from 1 December to 1 March, and studded tires may go on from mid-October, so the autumn wave is short and intense. Spring brings the same crowd in reverse. A clear grid of 30-minute slots turns that wave into a schedule your team can actually run.

Give each service a duration and Klendr fills the day without gaps or overlaps: a wheel swap on rims takes one slot, fitting tires onto rims with balancing takes two, an SUV a little more. Double bookings are blocked, so two cars never turn up for the same bay at 10:30.

Price and time depend on the wheel, so your service list should too. Create groups like "Wheel change", "Tire fitting" and "Storage", and inside each one split R13–R16, R17–R19 and SUV/van. The driver picks the right line and sees the price before booking, so there is nothing to discuss at the counter.
