Booking page for hairdressers
A booking page for hairdressers is only the start: Klendr is a booking and bookkeeping system for hair salons in one calendar. Clients book cuts and colour from your Instagram link, while invoices with VAT, colour stock, client history and revenue analytics run in the same place — no spreadsheets after closing time.

Most hairdressers juggle a booking app, a paper colour book, an Excel sheet for the accountant and a shelf they count by eye. In Klendr each appointment feeds all of them at once: the moment a cut or colour is marked done, the invoice, the stock count, the client card and the monthly figures update together.
- Accounting and invoices — a PDF invoice with VAT goes to the client automatically after the visit, with a due date for bank transfers; at month end you download a CSV and PDF archive of all invoices plus the Stripe deposit report for your accountant. Your accountant still keeps the books; Klendr just hands over tidy paperwork. Invoices and deposits
- Inventory management — attach a material recipe to each service, e.g. a tube of colour, developer and bond treatment for root colour, and every appointment writes it off; shampoo or styling spray sold at the desk goes through the invoice, and a low-stock email arrives before the tubes run out
- Client records — every visit, service, amount paid and no-show sits in one card next to your colour formula and patch-test notes; the whole client base exports in one click
- Analytics and reports — revenue, spending on colour, profit, hours worked, the busiest weekdays and your top services and clients; you see whether keratin still pays after product costs. Salon analytics
- Booking and reminders — the online booking page, SMS reminders and deposits are part of the same system, not a separate tool
A booking page for hairdressers: why it pays off
Booking requests reach a hairdresser at the worst possible moment: mid-cut, mid-application, with a client in the chair. Answering means stopping work, and not answering means the client books with the salon down the street. On a booking page clients see only the times that are really free and confirm in four steps, without installing an app or creating an account.
You share one link — klendr.me/yourname — in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status and Google business profile, or print a QR code for the reception desk and each mirror station. Already have a salon website? The booking form drops into it with the WordPress plugin or an embed for Wix, Shopify and Tilda.
A 45-minute cut and a 3-hour balayage in one calendar
Hair services vary in length more than almost any other trade. A trim takes 45 minutes, root colour about two hours, balayage with toning three hours or more. In Klendr every service has its own duration and price, so the system offers a balayage only where three free hours actually fit, and short cuts fill the gaps between colour clients.
A client can put several services into one appointment — colour, cut and blow-dry — and the calendar blocks the total time. You work in day, week or month view, drag an appointment to another time when the client asks, and give each service its own colour so long colour jobs stand out at a glance. Breaks, days off, holidays, alternating A/B weeks and special hours on single dates are all set in the salon calendar, and double bookings are blocked automatically.
Colour formulas and visit history in the client card
Every booking creates or updates a client card. Write the formula there — for example “7.1 + 8.1, 1:1.5 with 6% developer, 35 min” — together with notes about a sensitive scalp or a patch test. Next time you open the card before the client sits down and mix the same shade without guessing or digging through a paper notebook.
Colour and cut clients usually come back every 6–8 weeks. The visit history shows when the client was last in and what was done, so you can suggest the next date at checkout and put it straight into the calendar while the client is still at the desk. Clients can also rebook themselves through the same link, and the whole client base can be exported whenever you need it.
Deposits and reminders against no-shows on long services
A missed fringe trim is annoying. A missed three-hour colour slot is half a working day, often with colour ordered for that exact client. You can ask for an online deposit through Stripe at booking: it is a percentage of the appointment total, so a balayage secures more than a quick cut. You can limit it to new clients, set a free-cancellation window and refund from the appointment card. See how deposits work.
Reminders do the rest. The client gets an email confirmation right after booking and a reminder the day before by email and SMS, in the client’s own language. If plans change, the client moves or cancels the appointment from the link in the email, and the slot opens up for someone else instead of standing empty. More about reminders and notifications.
What Klendr gives a hairdresser and a salon team
On the Team plan every stylist has their own schedule and service list, while the salon has one shared calendar and one booking page. The client chooses a stylist or simply the service and time. If the salon has more than one address, each stylist works at the locations you assign.
Beyond the accounting tools above, the everyday essentials of hair salon booking software:
- Online booking page — services with photos, prices and durations, only free times visible; how the booking page works
- Calendar — day, week and month views, drag and drop, protection against double booking
- SMS reminders — the day before the visit, in the client’s language, plus email confirmation
- Deposit for colour — Stripe prepayment as a percentage of the appointment, refundable
- Google Calendar sync — salon appointments appear in Google or Apple Calendar
- Phone and computer — works in the browser, Android app on Google Play
Example hair salon price list in Klendr
Below is a typical hair salon menu as clients see it when they book. Duration matters as much as price: Klendr uses it to place every appointment in the schedule.

| Short haircut | 45 min | €25 |
| Children’s haircut (under 12) | 30 min | €18 |
| Blow-dry and styling | 45 min | €30 |

Frequently asked questions
What is the best booking app for hairdressers?
The one your clients actually use. Klendr needs no app on the client side: they book from a link in the browser in four steps. For you it combines the booking page, calendar, reminders, deposits and client base, and costs €10 a month after a 14-day free trial.
Can I take a deposit for colouring and balayage?
Yes. Turn on prepayment and clients pay a deposit through Stripe when they book. It is a percentage of the appointment total, so long colour services are covered by a bigger amount. You can ask only new clients for it and refund it from the appointment card.
Where do I store hair colour formulas?
In the client card. Each client has notes and a visit history, so the formula, developer and processing time from the last visit are in front of you before the client arrives. Clients do not see these notes.
Does it work for a salon with several hairdressers?
Yes, on the Team plan. Each stylist has a personal schedule and service list, the salon gets a shared calendar and one booking page, and clients can choose their stylist. Several addresses are supported.
Do clients get SMS reminders?
Yes. Clients receive an email confirmation right away and a reminder the day before the visit by email and SMS in their language. Individual Plus (€15 a month) includes 50 SMS; SMS can also be added separately.
Will my appointments show in Google Calendar?
Yes. Klendr syncs with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, so salon bookings appear next to your personal plans on your phone.
How much does hair salon booking software cost?
Klendr starts with 14 days free without a card. After that Individual is €10 a month or €96 a year; Individual Plus with 50 SMS is €15 a month. Salons with several stylists use the Team plan.
