Booking page for laser hair removal
Online booking for laser hair removal is only the start: Klendr is a booking and bookkeeping system for laser studios. Clients book a zone or the next course visit themselves, while the same calendar issues VAT invoices, tracks cooling gel and aftercare stock, keeps every client’s course history and shows revenue and profit by zone.

A laser studio runs on numbers that rarely sit in one place: invoices in one folder, gel in a cupboard, course progress in a notebook, revenue in a bank app. In Klendr every appointment updates all of them at once.
- Accounting and bookkeeping — a PDF invoice with VAT for „Full legs, session 4 of 8“ goes out automatically after the visit, with a due date and late fee if you use them. At month end you export all invoices as CSV or a PDF archive for your accountant, plus the deposits from Stripe. Klendr prepares the documents; the books themselves stay with your accountant. See invoices and payments.
- Inventory management — set a material recipe per zone, for example 30 ml of contact gel and one disposable razor for armpits, and every session writes it off on its own. Sell SPF 50 sunscreen and soothing aloe gel on the same invoice, and get an email when stock runs low.
- Client records — one card holds every session of the course, the zones, the amounts paid, missed visits and your notes on phototype and device settings.
- Analytics and reports — revenue per zone, spending on consumables, profit, hours worked at the device, load by weekday and your most valuable clients in analytics.
- Online booking and reminders — clients book through the booking page and get an SMS the day before, so course visits stay on schedule.
Why online booking for laser hair removal saves your studio time
Laser hair removal is rarely a single visit. One client buys armpits plus bikini, comes back every six weeks for most of a year and in between asks by message whether Tuesday evening is still free. Multiply that by a hundred running courses and the phone becomes a second job, while every forgotten repeat visit means the hair grows back and the client starts to doubt the whole course.
A booking page takes those questions off your desk. The client opens klendr.me/your-studio from Instagram or your Google profile, chooses „Legs + bikini“, sees only the times you really have free and books in four steps, without an app or a password. Bookings made late in the evening are already in your calendar when you open the studio in the morning.
Zones, combinations and the first consultation
Laser price lists are built around body zones: upper lip, chin, armpits, bikini line, deep bikini, half legs, full legs, back for men. Create every zone as a separate service with its own duration and price, and sort them into groups such as Face, Body and Men. A client can add several zones to one appointment — armpits and deep bikini, for example — and the calendar blocks the sum of both durations.
Before the first course visit most studios hold a consultation with a test flash on a small patch of skin. Make it a short 15–20 minute service with a symbolic price, and write in the description what the client should do before coming, if your studio has such rules — for instance, shave the zone the day before and skip the sunbed. Klendr only shows the text you write; what to recommend stays your professional decision.
A course of 6–10 sessions with weeks in between
A typical laser course is six to ten sessions, with four to eight weeks between visits depending on the zone and on what you decide for that client. Klendr does not send automatic „time for your next session“ messages, so the most reliable habit is simple: book the next visit before the client leaves. Switch the calendar to the month view, count six weeks ahead and drag the appointment in, or let the client book it from your link on the way home.
The visit history in the client card shows how many sessions of the course are done and when the last one was. Klendr does not sell prepaid packages or course subscriptions, so payment for a course stays the way you handle it now — per visit or at the reception.
For clients who drift away, use email campaigns: send a note like „Autumn is the best time to start laser — free times in November“ to everyone, to selected clients or only to those who speak a certain language. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Skin notes, team and one shared device
Each client card keeps the visit history and your notes: skin phototype, hair colour, the zones treated, the settings you used and how the skin looked after the last session. When this person books again you see the notes before they walk in, and a colleague who takes over the course sees them too.
These are working notes for the specialist, not a medical record. Write down only what you need to do the procedure well, and keep anything else in the documents your studio already uses for it. The full client list, notes included, can be exported at any time.
Many laser studios have two or three specialists but one expensive device. On the Team plan each specialist has a column in the shared salon calendar and the salon gets one booking page. Klendr prevents double booking inside one specialist’s calendar, not for the device itself, so plan shifts so that people sharing a device do not work the same hours. A second device at another address fits too: the Team plan supports several addresses.
What a laser studio gets in Klendr
At the laser room door you can check the next client on your phone, in the browser or in the Android app.
- Booking page — your link in the Instagram bio, Google profile, WhatsApp or as a QR code at the reception. See how online booking works.
- Reminders that save course visits — a confirmation email right after booking and a reminder by email and SMS the day before, in the client’s language. More about notifications.
- Deposit or no-show fee — through Stripe you either take a percentage at booking or save the card and charge only when the client does not come. One percentage applies to the whole account, and the deposit is refunded when the appointment is cancelled. Details on payments.
- Calendar for long intervals — day, week and month view, breaks, holidays, A/B weeks and separate dates for extra hours in the busy season. See the calendar.
- Self-service rescheduling — the link in the confirmation email moves or cancels that one appointment, and the freed time reopens on your page.
Sample laser hair removal price list in Klendr
This is how a laser price list looks on your booking page. The duration of each zone tells the calendar how long you are busy, so a full-leg session never runs into the next client.
| Service | Duration | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Consultation and test flash | 20 min | €15 |
| Upper lip | 15 min | €30 |
| Armpits | 20 min | €45 |
| Bikini line | 20 min | €50 |
| Deep bikini | 30 min | €75 |
| Half legs | 40 min | €90 |
| Full legs | 60 min | €150 |
| Back (men) | 45 min | €120 |
Prices are rough Baltic examples; every studio sets its own zones, durations and prices.

Questions about booking software for laser hair removal
Can a client book several laser zones in one appointment?
Yes. Each zone is a separate service, and the client can add more than one to the same visit. The calendar blocks the total time, for example 20 minutes for armpits plus 30 for deep bikini.
Does Klendr remind clients when the next course session is due?
There are no automatic reminders based on weeks since the last visit. The usual way is to book the next session before the client leaves; that appointment then gets its own confirmation and a reminder the day before. You can also send an email campaign to clients who paused their course.
Can I sell a laser course of 8 sessions as a package?
Packages and prepaid courses are not built in. You book every session in the calendar and follow progress in the visit history, while payment for the course is handled outside Klendr.
Where do I note skin type and device settings?
In the client card, as your own notes next to the visit history. They are working notes for the specialist, not a medical record, so keep only what the procedure needs.
How do I prevent no-shows for long laser sessions?
Reminders by email and SMS the day before give clients a chance to reschedule via the link instead of simply not coming. On top of that you can take a deposit through Stripe or save the card for a no-show fee; the percentage is the same for all services.
How much does a booking system for a laser studio cost?
Individual is €10 per month or €96 per year, Individual Plus with 50 SMS a month is €15. Studios with several specialists use the Team plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
