Booking page for brow artists
A booking page for brow artists is only half of what Klendr does: it is a booking and accounting system for the whole brow studio. Quick shaping and long permanent makeup share one calendar, and the same place sends VAT invoices, counts henna, tint and pigments, keeps every client’s shade history and shows your revenue.
Start free — 14 days →Brow studio bookkeeping and stock behind the booking page
A brow studio sells time in two sizes: a stream of €15 shapings and a few €250 powder brows sessions. Both create paperwork, both use up product, and both belong to clients who return for years. Klendr records it all from the appointment itself instead of a separate spreadsheet.
- Accounting documents — when a session ends, a PDF invoice with VAT is emailed to the client automatically, with a payment deadline and late interest where needed. For the accountant there is a monthly CSV and a zipped PDF archive of all invoices, plus a list of PMU deposits from Stripe. It is sales records, not a bookkeeping program. Read about payments.
- Stock of henna, tint and pigments — give each service its recipe: henna or tint with oxidant for a tint, the lamination solutions for a lift, pigment and a needle cartridge for powder brows. The calendar writes them off with each visit, a brow gel or PMU aftercare balm sold to the client goes on the invoice, and a low-stock alert comes by email.
- Client history — every shaping, lamination and touch-up with price, date and missed visits in one card, next to your notes on the mix and brow map.
- Analytics — revenue, product costs, profit and hours worked, the busiest days and the most profitable services and clients. Compare an afternoon of shapings with one PMU session in euros per hour. See analytics.
Brow artist booking software for 20-minute and 3-hour services
A typical brow day is a puzzle. Between 10:00 and 13:00 you might fit six shaping clients, a henna brow and a lamination, and then block the afternoon for one powder brows session. When every booking comes through Instagram messages, the gaps between short appointments get lost and the long session is hard to protect.
In Klendr each service has its own length, so a 20-minute correction takes exactly 20 minutes in the calendar and a permanent makeup session takes its full time plus a buffer if you add it to the duration. Clients only see the windows where the chosen service really fits, which means no one squeezes a 2.5-hour PMU booking into a half-hour gap.
What a brow studio gets in Klendr
Everything is in the browser on your phone or computer, and there is an Android app in Google Play.
- Online booking page — one link at klendr.me/yourname for your Instagram bio, WhatsApp and Google profile. Clients pick "Brow lamination + tint", see free times and book in four steps without an app or account. More on the booking page.
- Several services in one booking — shaping plus henna, or lamination plus tint, booked together, with the time added up automatically.
- Reminders — an email confirmation straight away and a reminder the day before by email and SMS in the client’s language. The client can move or cancel the visit from the link in the email. See notifications.
- Calendar — day, week and month views, colour per service, drag and drop when a client asks to shift, breaks and days off. Details on the calendar page.
- Sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, so personal plans and studio bookings never overlap.
Permanent brows: consultation, deposit and the touch-up visit
Permanent makeup is where a missed appointment hurts most: three hours of your day and a pigment set prepared for one person. Klendr can take a deposit online through Stripe at booking, set as a percentage of the booking total, so the deposit on €250 powder brows is automatically much larger than on a €15 shaping. You can ask for it from new clients only, set a free cancellation window and refund it from the booking card. The other mode is a no-show fee: the card is saved and the percentage is charged only if the client does not turn up. Details on the payments page.
You can list a free 20-minute consultation and a short patch test as separate services, so a new client books those first and the main session only after you have agreed on the shape and colour. The touch-up 4–6 weeks later is a service of its own too: book it for the client right after the first session, while they are still in the chair, and the day-before reminder takes care of the rest.
Client notes: shape, shade and allergies
Each client has a card with visit history and your notes. Write down the tint mix, the henna shade, how long the lamination solution stayed on, the brow map measurements and any reaction to the patch test. Next time you open the booking and see everything before the client sits down.
For permanent work this history matters even more: the pigment, the needle and the date of the first session tell you what to do at the touch-up and at the yearly refresh. The client base can be exported whenever you need it.
Regular clients, a team and a studio page
Shaping and tint come back every 4–6 weeks, henna and lamination roughly every 6–8. Instead of writing "when can I come again?" in direct messages, a regular client opens the same link and books the next visit herself in a minute, at 23:00 if that suits her. You see the new booking in the calendar the next morning.
If you share a studio with a lash artist or a second brow artist, the Team plan gives you one shared calendar, one studio booking page where the client picks the specialist, and several addresses if you work in two locations. Each artist keeps her own services and hours. Alternating A/B weeks help when you work mornings one week and evenings the next.

Questions from brow artists
What is the best booking app for a brow artist?
One that understands both 20-minute and 3-hour services and shows clients only real free time. Klendr does this, adds reminders by email and SMS, deposits through Stripe and a client base with notes, and works in seven languages.
Is the deposit on permanent brows bigger than on a shaping?
Yes, by itself. The deposit is one percentage for the whole account, taken from the booking total, so 30% of €250 powder brows is €75 while 30% of a €15 shaping is €4.50. You can limit it to new clients and refund it from the booking card.
How do I make sure clients come back for the PMU touch-up?
Add the touch-up as its own service and book it in the calendar right after the first session. The client gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before the visit.
Can clients book a patch test before henna or lamination?
Yes. Add the patch test as a short service of 5–10 minutes. Many artists show it at the top of the list for new clients.
Where do I store tint formulas and allergy notes?
In the client card. Notes and visit history open from any booking, so you see the shade and any reaction before the visit starts.
How much does Klendr cost for a brow artist?
The first 14 days are free without a card. After that Individual is €10 a month, or Individual Plus €15 a month with 50 SMS included.
