Booking page for hair extension specialists

A booking page for hair extension specialists that also runs the business behind it. Klendr combines the calendar, online booking and deposits with invoices for your accountant, hair stock by shade and length, every client’s hair history and analytics that show what the hair cost you against what the installation earned.

More than booking: hair extension bookkeeping, stock and client records in one calendar

An extension business lives on expensive material, so the calendar has to know more than times. In Klendr each installation is tied to the hair it used, the invoice it produced and the client it belongs to, so month-end numbers no longer come from receipts and Instagram chats.

  • Accounting and bookkeeping — a PDF invoice with VAT goes to the client automatically after the installation — hair, labour and retail care as separate lines, with a due date and late fee. Each month you export invoices as CSV and a PDF archive for your accountant, plus the Stripe deposit report. Klendr is not accounting software, but your accountant gets clean documents; invoices and deposits
  • Inventory management — tapes, keratin bonds, wefts and micro-rings by shade and length. Set the material recipe for each service and the grams used are written off with every appointment; retail brushes and shampoo are sold through the invoice, and a low-stock email arrives before your best-selling 60 cm shade runs out
  • Client records — method, shade code, length, grams, strand count, every correction every 6–8 weeks, payments and no-shows in one exportable card
  • Analytics and reports — revenue, hair costs and profit per month, hours worked, busiest days, top services and top clients in analytics
  • One system instead of five apps — booking, calendar, reminders and deposits write into the same records; works in the browser and the Android app and syncs with Google and Apple Calendar

Why a booking page for hair extension specialists pays off

Extension work is planned weeks ahead. The client sends photos, you agree on method and length, order hair in the right shade, wait for delivery and only then block five or six hours for the installation. When all of this runs through chats, it is easy to lose track of who has paid, whose hair has arrived and who still owes you an answer.

With Klendr every step has its place. The client opens your link — klendr.me/yourname — books a consultation in four steps without an app, and later books the installation itself with a deposit. You share the link in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp and Google profile, and if you have a website, the form goes onto it with the WordPress plugin or an embed for Wix, Shopify and Tilda.

Consultation and hair matching before anything is ordered

Create Consultation and colour match as a separate short service. In its description say what the client should bring: her hair washed and dry, without styling, and photos of the length she wants. At the appointment you check the density of her own hair, choose the method — keratin bonds, tape-ins or micro-rings — and match the shade against your colour ring.

Write the result straight into the client card: method, shade code, length, grams or number of strands, and the supplier. Then book the installation date together, leaving enough days for the hair to arrive. Clients who already wear extensions from another stylist go through the same consultation, so you see the condition of the bonds before you promise a correction price.

A deposit that covers the hair you order

Ordering hair for a client who then disappears is the most expensive mistake in this trade. In Klendr you can ask for a deposit through Stripe when the client books: it is a percentage of the appointment total, and the same percentage applies to all your services. List installations with the hair included in the price — for example "Keratin bonds, 150 strands, 60 cm" — and a 30% deposit on a €690 installation is already €207, enough to cover a large part of the hair.

Set the free-cancellation window long enough to reflect your ordering time. If you prefer not to charge regular clients for corrections, switch on only for new clients. The alternative mode saves the client’s card and charges the fee only if she does not turn up. Deposits are refunded from the appointment card in one click. Read more about deposits and no-show protection.

Corrections every 2–3 months without losing clients

Tape-ins need re-taping every six to eight weeks, keratin bonds a correction every two to three months. A client who comes late damages her own hair and blames the extensions. The simplest habit: at the end of each visit book the next correction in the calendar, while the client is still with you. She gets an email confirmation immediately and a reminder by email and SMS the day before, in her own language — see reminders.

Klendr does not send automatic "time to come back" messages, so the booked date is what keeps the rhythm. Regular clients can also book a correction themselves from your link, and if plans change they move or cancel it from the confirmation email. When you have open days, send a short email to your client list, for example to everyone who wears tape-ins. Corrections and removals get their own durations in the booking calendar, so a three-hour re-bonding never lands in a one-hour gap.

What Klendr gives an extension specialist

Built for long installations and expensive materials:

  • Booking page — consultation, installation, correction and removal as separate services; how the booking page works
  • Deposit — a percentage of the installation through Stripe, refundable, optionally for new clients only
  • Calendar — day, week and month views, long blocks, drag and drop, no double bookings
  • SMS reminders — the day before every installation and correction
  • Client emails — news about free dates or a new hair delivery, with unsubscribe

Questions about booking for hair extensions

How big should the deposit for hair extensions be?

That is your decision. In Klendr the deposit is a percentage of the appointment total, set once for the whole account, so a higher-priced installation automatically brings a higher amount. Many specialists choose a percentage that roughly covers the hair they order.

How do I remind clients about extension corrections?

Book the next correction before the client leaves. Klendr sends a confirmation right away and an email and SMS reminder the day before. Automatic "come back in 8 weeks" messages are not part of Klendr, but you can send an email to your client list when you have free dates.

Where do I record the shade and amount of hair for each client?

In the client card. Write method, shade code, length, grams or strand count and supplier, and the visit history shows when each installation and correction happened.

Can a client book only a correction or removal?

Yes. Correction, re-taping and removal are separate services with their own durations, so existing clients book exactly what they need from your link.

Should the price include the hair?

It works best if it does: the deposit is calculated from the appointment total, so when the hair is in the price, the deposit protects it. You can also list hair-included and own-hair options as separate services.

How much does the booking system cost?

Klendr is free for 14 days without a card, then €10 a month or €96 a year. Individual Plus with 50 SMS costs €15 a month, and salons with several stylists use the Team plan.
