Booking page for nutritionists
Online booking for nutritionists is only the start: Klendr is a booking and bookkeeping system for a nutrition practice. Clients book office or online consultations themselves, and the same calendar sends VAT invoices ready for your accountant, tracks books and handouts in stock, keeps each client’s history and shows analytics on revenue and hours.

A nutritionist’s admin goes beyond bookings: an invoice for a company that paid for staff consultations, nutrition books for sale, clients who return every three weeks, and the quarter-end question of what earned money. In Klendr each consultation feeds all of it, so nothing is typed twice.
- Accounting and invoices — a PDF invoice with VAT goes out automatically after the consultation, with a due date and late fee for companies. Each month you export invoices as CSV and a PDF archive, plus Stripe deposits, for your accountant, who still keeps the books. See payments and invoices.
- Inventory management — a cookbook or kitchen scale you sell goes on the consultation invoice and leaves stock at once. The printed food-diary workbook is linked to the first consultation and written off with each booking; an email warns you when few are left.
- Client records — one card holds every consultation, its format, the amount paid and any no-show, next to notes like “vegetarian, lactose-free, trains three times a week”. It is a working CRM, not a medical record, and the whole client base can be exported.
- Analytics — reports show revenue, profit after materials, hours worked, the busiest weekdays and your best-selling consultations, so you see whether online follow-ups or office first sessions carry the practice.
- Booking and reminders — clients book from your link, get an email and SMS reminder the day before and reschedule themselves.
Why online booking for nutritionists saves the first hour
People usually decide to see a nutritionist in the evening, after reading about it, and they write to you then: "Do you do online? How long is the first meeting? What should I bring?" By the time you answer the next morning, half of them have lost the motivation or found someone else.
A booking page answers all three questions on the spot. The client opens your link from Instagram, your website or a Google search, sees the in-person and online consultations with their length, price and description, chooses a free time and books in four steps without an account. The consultation is in your calendar before you wake up.
Online and in-person consultations as separate services
Create the two formats as separate services: "First consultation in the office, 90 min" and "First consultation online, 75 min". They can have different lengths and prices, and the client sees right away which one is which. The same goes for follow-ups. In the description of the online service, write which video tool you use.
Klendr has no video calls built in. You send the Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video link yourself, for example the evening before, or use one permanent meeting room and tell clients in the description that the link comes by message. The booking, reminder and payment side is the same for both formats.
A long first consultation that starts prepared
The first meeting is the longest: eating habits, daily routine, goals, sometimes a food diary of the last few days. Plan 60–90 minutes for it and write in the service description what the client should prepare, for instance "please keep a 3-day food diary and bring recent test results if you have them".
Klendr has no questionnaire builder, so if you use an intake form, send it by email after the booking arrives. Because a 90-minute slot that stays empty hurts, you can turn on a deposit via Stripe. It is one percentage for the whole account and is refunded when the client cancels.
Follow-up consultations after 2–4 weeks
The result of nutrition advice shows over weeks, so most clients come back two to four weeks after the first meeting. The easiest moment to book the follow-up is at the end of the consultation: open the calendar, find a day three weeks later and drag the appointment in while the client is still with you, in person or on screen.
Clients who want to choose a time later book it from your permanent link klendr.me/your-name. Klendr does not send automatic "time for your follow-up" messages, but every booked follow-up gets a reminder by email and SMS the day before, and the client can move it with the link in the email.
What a nutrition practice gets in Klendr
You can check the day’s consultations from your phone browser before you leave home, or in the Android app.
- Booking page — for your Instagram bio, website and email signature, or embedded in your site with the WordPress plugin, Wix, Shopify or Tilda.
- Reminders — confirmation by email at once and a reminder by email and SMS the day before, in the client’s language. See notifications.
- Calendar — office days and online days, breaks, holidays and alternating weeks in one calendar, synced with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar.
- Deposit — a share of the price paid at booking through Stripe, so long first sessions are not lost. More in payments.
- Email newsletters — write to all clients, a selection or one language group, for example about free January times.

Questions about booking software for nutritionists
Can I offer online and in-person nutrition consultations?
Yes. Create them as separate services with their own length, price and description. The client chooses the format when booking, and the calendar shows which kind each appointment is.
Does Klendr have built-in video calls?
No. You hold the online consultation in Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp or another tool and send the link yourself. Klendr takes care of the booking, reminders and deposit.
How do I get clients back for a follow-up after three weeks?
Book the follow-up at the end of the first consultation, or give the client your permanent link. There are no automatic return messages, but every booked follow-up gets a reminder the day before.
Can clients fill in a questionnaire before the first session?
A form builder is not part of Klendr. Write in the service description what to prepare and send your own questionnaire by email after the booking.
Is Klendr a medical record for my clients?
No. It keeps bookings, consultation history and your short notes. Record only what you need for your work.
Can I take a deposit for a 90-minute first consultation?
Yes, through Stripe. The deposit is one percentage for all bookings in the account, and it is refunded if the client cancels.
How much does Klendr cost for a nutritionist?
A nutritionist working alone chooses Individual at €10 a month (€96 a year) or Individual Plus at €15 a month with 50 SMS included. You can try either for 14 days free.
