Cleaners work with gloves on, in someone else’s flat, often with a vacuum running. A missed call from a new client is easy, and calling back three hours later rarely wins the job. Requests from Facebook, WhatsApp and the website form arrive in different places, and every one starts with the same questions: how much for 60 m², do you have Friday, do you bring your own products?

Keep the bigger jobs separate: deep cleaning, cleaning after renovation, move-out cleaning and window cleaning. Small extras like oven, fridge or balcony can be added to the same booking, and the time and price add up. Groups such as "Regular cleaning", "Deep cleaning" and "Extras" help the client find the right one in seconds.

If you need time to get to the next address, include the travel in the service duration, so two jobs on opposite ends of the city never end up back to back.

Client address, keys and door codes in one place

A cleaner standing at the wrong entrance is lost time. In the client base each client has notes: the full address, floor and door code, where the key is left, parking, a dog that must stay in the bedroom, which surfaces need special products, what the client does not want touched. Keep it to what the cleaner needs on site.

The online form asks for a name and a phone number or email, so for a new client you confirm the address by phone or message after the first booking and save it in the card. From then on every visit opens with the address and access details on the screen of your phone.

Regular cleaning clients and a team of cleaners

Weekly and fortnightly clients are the base of a cleaning business.
