A chiropractic day is made of short visits. Short adjustments and a longer first consultation

Create each kind of visit as a service with its exact length: a 15-minute follow-up adjustment, a 20-minute standard visit, a 30-minute visit with soft tissue work. The calendar offers only start times where the whole visit fits, so two patients never land on the same quarter hour, and you can move an appointment by dragging it when someone is running late.

A new patient needs more than an adjustment: questions about the complaint, an examination and an explanation of what you suggest. Give this its own service of 40–45 minutes and write in the description "new patients start here". Returning patients see the short visits next to it and pick those.

When a patient cancels in the morning, the slot reappears on your booking page by itself. To fill it faster, use copy free time: Klendr turns your open slots for the day into a short text that you paste into WhatsApp for the people who asked to come earlier.

Reminders and protection against no-shows

A 15-minute visit is easy to forget. Klendr sends a confirmation by email right after booking and a reminder by email and SMS the day before, in the language of the patient. If the time no longer works, the patient moves or cancels that appointment with the link in the email instead of simply staying away.

For patients who still do not come, there is payment via Stripe. You choose one mode for the whole account: a deposit, a percentage charged when the patient books, or a no-show fee, where the card is saved and the percentage is charged only if the patient does not turn up. The percentage applies to all bookings, not to single services.

Regular patients, notes and news

Many chiropractic patients come back every few weeks for years. The client card shows every visit and your short working notes, such as "prefers activator on the neck, desk job". Klendr is a booking tool, not a medical record: write only what you need to run the visit, and keep official records where your work requires them.

Klendr does not send automatic "time for your next visit" messages. What you can do is send an email to all clients, a selection or one language group, for example when you add Saturday hours in December or go on holiday; clients can unsubscribe with one click.
