Booking page for pedicure specialists

Pedicure booking in Klendr is the front door to a full booking and bookkeeping system for your foot care practice. Clients choose a classic, machine or SPA pedicure in a free slot, and behind it the same calendar issues VAT invoices, tracks sanding caps and creams in stock, keeps each client’s history and shows what every treatment earns.

Pedicure practice management, not just online booking

A pedicure room runs on small things: single-use sanding caps, blades, softener, heel balm and a long list of regulars. Klendr ties all of them to the appointment, so you stop counting caps on Sunday evening and rebuilding the month for the accountant from bank statements.

  • Bookkeeping documents — once the visit is done, the client automatically receives a PDF invoice with VAT, a payment term and late interest. Each month one export hands your accountant a CSV of invoices, a PDF archive and the Stripe deposits; the accounting itself stays with them. More under payments.
  • Consumables and retail stock — write the materials into the service: one sanding cap and one blade per machine pedicure, softener and cream by the millilitre. Each visit deducts them, a jar of heel balm sold after the treatment goes on the invoice, and a low-stock email arrives before the caps are gone.
  • Client history — the card lists every pedicure with date, treatment and amount, plus no-shows and your working notes; the client base exports at any time.
  • Analytics — revenue, materials cost and profit for any period, hours worked, which weekdays are full and which treatments and clients bring the most. Useful when you price an SPA pedicure that uses twice the cream. See analytics.
  • Booking and SMS reminders — online bookings, phone bookings you add yourself and reminders all live in one calendar.

Why pedicure specialists move to online booking

A pedicure takes both hands, a footbath and usually a drill. Answering the phone halfway through callus work is out of the question, so calls go unanswered and messages wait until evening. By then the client who wanted Saturday has already found someone else.

With a booking page the questions answer themselves. The client sees your treatments with duration and price — a 45-minute express pedicure, a 75-minute machine pedicure, a 90-minute SPA ritual — and picks a slot where that exact treatment fits. You keep working; the calendar fills while the footbath warms up.

Your link klendr.me/yourname works from Instagram, WhatsApp, your Google profile or a QR code on the reception desk. Nobody needs to install an app or create an account to book.

Older clients: phone bookings and SMS reminders

Many pedicure clients are 60 and older. Some will never open a booking link, and that is fine: when they call, you add the visit to the calendar yourself in a few taps, together with their phone number. From then on they are treated exactly like online clients.

The day before the visit Klendr sends a reminder by SMS and email in the client’s language — Estonian, Russian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian, German or English. For someone who does not read email, a short text message on the phone is what makes them come on time. SMS is included in Individual Plus (50 messages a month) or can be added separately.

Often a daughter or son books for a parent. They can do it from the same link, enter the parent’s name and phone, and the reminder goes to the number that was given. When a client prefers to choose by message, use the copy free time mode: copy your open slots as text and send them in WhatsApp.

Classic, machine and SPA pedicure in one schedule

Each treatment gets its own duration, so the schedule stays honest. Add-ons such as gel polish on toes, paraffin for the heels or a foot massage are separate services; the client ticks them in the same booking and the time adds up.

The client card keeps the visit history and your working notes: thickened nail on the left big toe, prefers a softer file, very thin skin on the heels — no blade. These are your own notes as a pedicure specialist, not a medical record, so write down only what you need for the work. If a foot problem needs a doctor or a certified podiatrist, Klendr does not change that; it simply helps you remember what you agreed with the client last time.

Klendr features for foot care

Everything works in the browser on a phone or computer, and in the Android app.

  • Booking page with photos — show a before-and-after of cracked heels or a neat gel finish next to each service. See the booking page.
  • Calendar for day, week and month — breaks for disinfecting tools, days off, holidays and drag-and-drop when a client asks to move. Double bookings are blocked. More in the calendar.
  • Reminders by email and SMS — confirmation right away, reminder the day before, and a link from the email to reschedule or cancel that visit. Details in notifications.
  • Deposit or no-show fee via Stripe — one percentage for the whole account: either charged at booking or only when the client does not turn up. See payments.
  • Sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar — useful if you also work shifts in a care home or a clinic.

A steady rhythm every four to six weeks

Pedicure clients come back on a cycle: heels and nails need attention about once a month, more often in summer sandal season. The surest way to keep that rhythm is to book the next visit before the client puts her shoes on. She gets the confirmation immediately and a reminder the day before.

Regulars can also book themselves through the same permanent link whenever it suits them. Before summer, send an email newsletter from Klendr to all clients — or only to Finnish-speaking ones — with your free evening slots. Klendr does not send automatic “time to come back” messages; the next visit is either booked in the chair or chosen by the client.

Pedicure booking: frequent questions

What is a good booking app for a pedicure specialist?

Look for one that asks nothing of the client: no app, no password. Klendr is a booking page that opens in any browser, while you run it from your phone or the Android app. Individual costs €10 a month, Individual Plus with 50 SMS €15.

My clients are elderly. Will they manage online booking?

They do not have to. You can add phone bookings to the calendar yourself, and the client still gets an SMS reminder the day before. Relatives can also book for them through your link.

Can a client book a pedicure and gel polish together?

Yes. Several services go into one booking, and Klendr adds up time and price — a 75-minute machine pedicure plus gel polish fills one continuous slot.

Can I write down a client’s foot condition?

You can keep working notes in the client card, such as which nail needs extra care. They are notes for your own work, not a medical record, so store only what you really need.

How do I stop no-shows in a pedicure studio?

The reminder the day before handles most forgotten visits. If you need more, turn on a deposit or a no-show fee through Stripe — one percentage for the whole account.

Does it work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Klendr syncs with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, so pedicure appointments and personal plans sit in one view.
