Booking page for piercing studios
Klendr is piercing studio booking software and a back office in one: online booking for 10- to 30-minute appointments, a calendar, VAT invoices for your accountant, jewellery and needle stock, a full history of every client and analytics. Clients book a lobe, helix or downsize in four steps, and the bookkeeping follows each visit.
Start free — 14 days →More than piercing studio booking: invoices, stock and clients in one place
A piercing studio always sells two things at once: a quick procedure and a piece of jewellery that stays in the client’s ear for years. So every visit touches money, stock and a client record. In Klendr these are parts of the same calendar, and the evening admin shrinks to a glance.
- Accounting and bookkeeping — a helix plus an upgraded titanium labret go onto one PDF invoice with VAT, which can be sent automatically after the visit with a due date. At month end you export all invoices as CSV and a PDF archive for your accountant; Klendr prepares the documents, the bookkeeping itself stays with them. Invoices and deposits
- Inventory management — attach the materials to each service: one needle, one cannula, a pair of gloves and an aftercare sample per piercing. Every booking writes them off, jewellery sold through an invoice leaves stock too, and a low-stock email arrives before you run out of 1.2 mm labrets.
- Client records — one card shows every piercing a person has had, jewellery size and material, downsize dates, missed appointments, what they paid and your notes, such as a nickel sensitivity. The whole client base can be exported.
- Analytics and reports — revenue, spending on jewellery and consumables, profit, hours worked, the busiest days and your top piercings and clients. Analytics
- Online booking and reminders — the booking page, SMS reminders and an optional deposit feed the same records instead of living in a separate tool. Booking page
Why piercing studio booking software beats walk-ins and DMs
A piercing takes minutes, but the questions around it take hours. Which jewellery do you have in titanium, can I come on Saturday, how much is a daith, can my 16-year-old come with me? While you are marking a placement or changing gloves, the phone rings and Instagram messages stack up. By the evening half of those people have booked somewhere else.
A booking page answers the routine part for you. The client sees every piercing with its price and duration, chooses a free time and gets a confirmation by email. Walk-ins still work: you see the gaps in the calendar and fill them, and nobody who booked ahead waits behind a queue at the door. Put the link in your Instagram bio, Google profile and on a QR code at the counter.
A calendar made for 10- and 20-minute appointments
Piercing days are a mosaic of short visits. In Klendr every service has its own length, so a lobe piercing takes 15 minutes, a tragus or helix 20, an industrial 30 and a jewellery change or downsize 10. Clients can book two piercings in one visit, for example both lobes plus a helix, and the time adds up by itself.
Give the downsize its own service. A few weeks after a cartilage piercing the swelling goes down and the long healing bar needs to be swapped for a shorter one. When that visit is bookable online, clients come back on time instead of putting it off, and the 10-minute slot fits neatly between two longer bookings.
Breaks, days off and holidays go straight into the calendar. If you pierce only on certain days, or open on one extra Sunday before the holidays, set a schedule for those exact dates.
Jewellery stock that does not run out on a busy Saturday
Nothing ruins a booking like telling a client that the 8 mm titanium labret in their size is gone. Klendr has a stock section where you keep jewellery by type, material and size, together with needles, cannulas, gloves and aftercare spray.
Set a minimum for each item and you get an email when the stock drops below it, so you reorder before the weekend rush.
Young clients, parental consent and client notes
Most studios have their own rules for clients under 18, often a parent who comes along and signs consent. Klendr does not replace your paperwork, but it helps you communicate the rules before the visit. Write them in the service description or on your booking page, for example "Clients under 16: only with a parent and ID", so families know before they come.
In the client base you keep notes for every visit: which piercing, jewellery size and material, that a parent was present and the form is signed, a nickel sensitivity, when the downsize is due. Record only what you need for the work. Next time you open the appointment, everything is there.

Questions about piercing studio booking software
Can clients book several piercings in one appointment?
Yes. The client picks, for example, both lobes and a helix, and Klendr adds up the durations and prices. Only times where the whole visit fits are shown.
How do I let clients book a jewellery change or downsize?
Create it as a separate short service, for example 10 minutes. Clients book it online like any piercing, and you can fit it between longer appointments.
Can I track piercing jewellery in stock?
Yes. Keep jewellery by type, material and size in the stock section, set a minimum and get an email when an item is running low.
How do I handle clients under 18?
Klendr does not collect consent forms. Write your age rules in the service description or on the booking page, and note in the client card that a parent was present and the form is signed.
Does online booking still leave room for walk-ins?
Yes. You see free gaps in the calendar and can add a walk-in there in seconds. Online bookings protect those times from double booking.
How much does piercing booking software cost?
You can run real piercing bookings through Klendr for 14 days free, no card needed. After the trial a solo piercer pays €10 a month on Individual (or €96 a year), or €15 a month on Individual Plus, which includes 50 SMS. A studio with several piercers picks the Team plan.
Add your piercings, jewellery stock and rules, then share the link. 14 days free, no card required.
