Booking page for lash artists
A booking page for lash artists that also runs the business side: Klendr is a booking and bookkeeping system in one calendar. Clients book classic, 2D–3D or mega volume and leave a deposit, while you get VAT invoices, stock of lash trays and glue, every client’s lash map and history, and analytics on what refills really earn.
Start free — 14 days →Lash studio admin in the same calendar as your bookings
A lash business is more than full sets and refills. There are trays in every curl and thickness, glue that has to be fresh, after-care foam to sell and an accountant asking for last month’s invoices. Klendr keeps that admin next to the appointments, so it is done by the time the last client leaves.
- Invoices for your accountant — after each set the client gets a PDF invoice with VAT automatically; due date and late fee are added for anyone who pays later. A monthly export bundles the invoices as CSV and PDF together with the deposits taken through Stripe. Klendr does not replace your accountant, it hands them clean documents. See payments and invoices.
- Lash stock — link materials to each service: lashes, glue drops, primer, remover and under-eye patches per volume set or refill. Every appointment deducts them, a lash shampoo sold at checkout goes on the same invoice, and you get an email when your C 0.07 trays drop below the minimum.
- Client history — curl, length, lash map, glue sensitivity and patch-test date sit next to every past visit, the amount paid and any no-shows; export the client base whenever you like.
- Analytics — revenue, material costs, profit and hours on the bed, plus the busiest days and your top services and clients, so you see whether mega volume pays off against classic refills. Open analytics.
Why lash artists move bookings out of Instagram DMs
Most lash clients find you through Instagram and write in DMs: “Anything on Thursday for a volume refill?” You answer between sets with tweezers in one hand, the chat drags on for six messages, and by the time you reply the client has booked someone faster.
With a Klendr link in your bio, the client opens your page, picks the service, sees your free times and books in four steps, with no app and no sign-up. The appointment lands in your calendar, the client gets a confirmation email right away.
Full set, refill or lash lift: every service blocks the right time
In lash work the length of a session matters more than in almost any other beauty service. A first classic set takes about two hours, a 2D–3D or mega volume set two and a half to three, a refill 60–90 minutes and a lash lift with tint around an hour. A calendar that treats every slot as “one hour” leaves you either sitting idle or running late for the next client.
In Klendr each lash service carries its own duration and price, so the booking page only offers start times where the whole session fits before your next client or break. Add a photo to each service so a new client sees the difference between a natural classic look and a dense volume set before she chooses.
- Refills by weeks — create “Refill after 2 weeks” and “Refill after 3 weeks” with different durations and prices, so clients who come late book enough time automatically.
- Several services in one booking — a lash lift plus brow tint or removal plus a new set go into one appointment, with the total time and price shown upfront.
What the booking page for lash artists includes
Everything a solo lash artist needs runs in one place, in the phone browser, on a laptop or in the Android app.
Most lash artists work alone: in a home studio, a rented room or one chair in a salon. Klendr is built for exactly that. The Individual plan is €10 a month, and Individual Plus at €15 includes 50 SMS. If you later hire a second artist, the Team plan gives you a shared calendar and one studio page.
- Your own booking link — klendr.me/yourname for the Instagram bio, WhatsApp and your Google profile, or a QR code by the mirror. See how the booking page works.
- Calendar — day, week and month views, breaks between long sets, days off, holidays and alternating A/B weeks if you work every other Saturday. More about the lash calendar.
- Reminders — confirmation by email at once, then an email and SMS reminder the day before, in the client’s language. How reminders work.
- Calendar sync — bookings appear in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar next to your private plans.
Deposits for long sessions and fewer no-shows
A missed two-and-a-half-hour volume appointment is half a working day gone, and nobody from your waiting list can take it at an hour’s notice. That is why many lash artists ask for a prepayment when a new client books a full set.
In Klendr you turn on a deposit via Stripe and set one percentage of the booking total for the whole account; the client pays it online at the moment of booking. If the appointment is cancelled, the deposit can be refunded. With the SMS reminder the day before and a link to reschedule herself, you get fewer empty chairs and less chasing.
Client notes: curl, length and glue allergy in one place
Before a refill you need to know exactly what you did last time: C curl, 0.07 thickness, 9–12 mm in a cat-eye map, and which eye was watering. Write it in the client card once and it is there at every visit.
The same card holds what matters for safety: a reaction to cyanoacrylate glue, sensitive eyes, contact lenses or the date of a patch test. The visit history shows when the client last came in, so you see straight away whether she is due a refill or has waited so long that it is practically a new set.
Sample lash extension price list in Klendr
This is how a lash price list looks on your booking page. The duration of each service decides which start times the client can see, so a full set never squeezes into a refill slot.
| Service | Duration | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Classic lash extensions, full set | 120 min | €45 |
| 2D–3D volume, full set | 150 min | €55 |
| Mega volume, full set | 180 min | €70 |
| Classic refill (2–3 weeks) | 75 min | €32 |
| Volume refill (2–3 weeks) | 90 min | €40 |
| Lash lift with tint | 60 min | €38 |
| Lash tint | 20 min | €12 |
| Removal of extensions | 20 min | €10 |
Prices are examples for the Baltics; you set your own services, prices and timings.

Questions about lash booking software
How do I set up online booking for lash extensions?
Sign up, add your services with durations, set your working hours and copy your klendr.me link into your Instagram bio. Most lash artists have a working booking page in under half an hour.
Can clients choose between classic and volume lashes online?
Yes. Each style is its own service with a photo, duration and price. The client picks one, and the page shows only the start times where that set fits in your day.
How long should I block for a lash refill?
Usually 60–90 minutes, depending on technique and how long since the last visit. You can create separate refill services for two and three weeks so clients who come later book more time.
Can I take a deposit for lash extension appointments?
Yes. Turn on a deposit through Stripe and set the amount. The client pays when booking, which protects your long full-set appointments from no-shows.
Where do I save curl, length and glue allergy notes?
In the client card. Notes and visit history stay with the client, and you see them in the appointment before every refill.
Does Klendr send SMS reminders to lash clients?
Yes. The client gets an email confirmation at once and an email and SMS reminder the day before, in her own language. SMS is included in Individual Plus or can be added separately.
How much does a lash booking system cost?
Individual costs €10 a month or €96 a year, and Individual Plus is €15 a month with 50 SMS. You can try everything for 14 days free without a card.
