Booking system for beauty salons
A beauty salon booking system for the whole team: one shared calendar for hair, nails, brows and skin care, a salon page where clients pick a master, plus VAT invoices, shared stock, client history and analytics. Klendr runs both the bookings and the salon’s back office in one place instead of five spreadsheets.

Behind every salon appointment there is more work: an invoice, a few grams of colour or gel base, a client card and a line in the monthly report. Klendr ties all of it to the booking itself, and the owner sees the whole business — every master, every direction — on one screen.
- Accounting and invoices — after the visit a PDF invoice with VAT and the salon’s own details goes out automatically with a due date and late-payment interest. At month end you export all invoices as CSV and a PDF archive for your bookkeeper, plus the Stripe deposits. Klendr does not replace accounting software, but your accountant gets clean documents. See invoices and deposits.
- Inventory management — one shared stock for the whole team: hair colour and developer, gel polish, brow tint, wax, disposable towels. Give each service a material recipe, and every manicure or root colour writes off its share by itself. Retail shampoo or hand cream is sold through the invoice, and the low-stock email arrives before a packed Saturday.
- Client records (CRM) — one card per client across all masters: who cut her hair, who did her nails, how much she paid, whether she missed a visit, plus notes such as a colour formula or a gel allergy. Export the base any time.
- Analytics and reports — revenue, material costs, profit and hours worked per master, busy and quiet days, top services and top clients. You see whether another nail technician would pay off. More in analytics.
One calendar for every master and every direction
In a salon with five or six chairs, the paper book at reception stops working the moment two people phone at once. The hairdresser keeps her clients in Instagram, the nail technician in WhatsApp, and the administrator spends the morning stitching it all together. Double bookings and forgotten clients are the result.
With the Team plan everyone works in one shared calendar. Each master has their own column with their own working hours, breaks and days off, and the administrator sees the whole day at a glance: who is free at 14:00, where a 30-minute gap can take a brow correction, which chair stays empty on Thursday morning.
A master who works only Tuesdays and Fridays, or alternates weeks with a colleague, sets that once — A/B weeks and schedules for specific dates are built in. The salon page then shows exactly the hours that person really works.
A salon page where clients choose the master
Your salon gets one link, klendr.me/yoursalon, for Instagram, Google and the QR code at the door. The client opens it, picks a direction — hair, nails, brows, skin — then a service, and then either a specific master or simply the first free time.
Each master is assigned only the services they actually do. The colourist is not offered for a pedicure, and a new junior stylist can start with simple cuts while complex colour stays with senior staff. Several services fit into one booking, so a manicure followed by a pedicure, or a cut followed by a blow-dry, is booked in one go.
Confirmation and reminders go out automatically in the client’s language, and the link in the email lets the client move or cancel that visit without phoning reception. See how the booking page works.
Several addresses and an administrator role
If the salon has a second location, add it as another address. A master can be linked to one address or to both — for example, city centre on Mondays and the suburb studio on Thursdays — and clients see the right address in the booking and in the confirmation.
The owner does not have to do everything. An administrator can run the calendar, clients and invoices for the whole salon, while the owner stays the super admin of the account. The owner can also take bookings personally if she still works at a chair herself.
Klendr features for beauty salons
Everything works in the browser on a phone or computer and in the Android app — at reception, at the chair and at home.
- Shared calendar — day, week and month views across all masters, colours by service, drag-and-drop between times, protection from double bookings. More in the calendar.
- Reminders by email and SMS — a confirmation right after booking and a reminder the day before, in the client’s language. Details in notifications.
- Deposit or no-show fee — one percentage for the whole salon, paid through Stripe at booking or charged only if the client does not come. See payments.
- Email campaigns — send free December slots to all clients, or only to Russian- or Finnish-speaking ones, with an unsubscribe link.
- Website embed — put the salon booking on your own site with the WordPress plugin, Wix, Shopify or Tilda.

Beauty salon booking system: frequent questions
What is the best booking software for a salon with several masters?
One where every master has their own schedule, yet the client sees one page for the whole salon. In Klendr that is the Team plan: a shared calendar, a salon page with master choice and several addresses.
Can clients choose a specific master online?
Yes. On the salon page they pick a service and then a master, or just the earliest free time with anyone who does that service.
Can a master work at two salon addresses?
Yes. Link a master to one or several addresses, and clients see the right location in the booking and the confirmation.
Do I see revenue for each master?
Yes. Analytics shows revenue and workload by master and by service, so you can compare chairs and plan new hires.
Can the receptionist manage bookings without full access?
Yes. Give her the administrator role to work with the calendar, clients and invoices, while the owner remains the super admin.
Is there a free trial for salons?
Yes, 14 days free without a card. Individual plans start at €10 a month, and salons with several masters choose the Team plan.
Does Klendr work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Appointments sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, so personal plans and salon bookings appear in one view.
Add your masters and services this week and let clients book the salon online. 14 days free, no card required.
