Booking page for cosmetologists

A booking page for cosmetologists is where Klendr starts, but it runs the whole cosmetology room: bookings, invoices and accounting documents, stock of peels and serums, the client base with skin notes and analytics. Clients pick a cleansing, a peel or a consultation and book in four steps; the rest of the admin fills in from that appointment.

Cosmetology room management, not only a booking page for cosmetologists

Between the couch and the shelf of acids, a cosmetologist runs a small shop: home care to sell, professional products to count, courses to track and receipts to hand over each month. Klendr links all of that to the appointment you already have in the calendar.

  • Invoices and accounting export — after a cleansing or a peel the client receives a PDF invoice with VAT by email, automatically, and a SPF cream or cleanser she takes home is added as a line on it. Each month you export invoices as CSV and a PDF archive and download Stripe deposits for the accountant, who still does the actual books. See payments.
  • Inventory of professional products — set a recipe per procedure, for example millilitres of acid solution, one alginate mask and an ampoule for a peel course visit. The calendar deducts it after each appointment and warns you by email before the serum runs out mid-course.
  • Client history — skin type, what she told you about contraindications, products used, every visit of the course with its price and any no-show, all in one card; the base can be exported.
  • Analytics — revenue, spending on cosmetics, profit and hours in the room, plus busiest days and top procedures and clients, so you know what a combined cleansing earns after the products. Open analytics.
  • Booking and reminders — online bookings, deposits and reminders feed the same calendar.

Booking page for cosmetologists: fewer messages, fuller days

A cosmetologist works with gloves on and a client on the couch. Answering Instagram DMs between a peel and a cleansing means a mask drying too long and a client waiting. Most questions repeat themselves: how long does a combined cleansing take, what does it cost, is Saturday free. A booking page answers all three without you touching the phone.

Facial treatments also differ a lot in length. An express care takes 30 minutes, a combined cleansing with a mask takes 90. When clients book by message, these differences turn into dead gaps in the day. In Klendr every procedure has its own duration, so the calendar offers only slots where the whole treatment fits, and two clients never land on the same time.

Put the link in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status and Google profile, or print a QR code for the reception desk. Clients book late in the evening or on the bus, without an app and without creating an account.

Consultation first, then a course of procedures

Many cosmetologists prefer to see the skin before the first peel. Add a consultation as its own service, 20 or 30 minutes long, and give it a clear name such as "Consultation for new clients" so first-timers start there. Returning clients skip it and book the procedure they already know.

Peels and cleansings are usually done as a course of 4–6 visits with two to four weeks in between. The simplest rhythm: at the end of each visit you book the next one straight into the calendar while the client is still in the chair, or she books it herself from the same link. In the client card you note which visit of the course it was, so the plan survives even the busiest month.

In the Baltics, acid peel season runs from autumn to early spring, when the sun is low. Use the calendar to open extra evenings for those months, set dates with their own hours, and block days for training or holidays. Clients see the change on the booking page at once.

Client card: skin type, contraindications, products used

Before every procedure you need to remember what this skin is like and what was used last time. The client card holds free-form notes: skin type, what the client told you about allergies or contraindications, which product and concentration you used, how the skin reacted. The visit history next to the notes shows dates and services for the whole course.

Klendr is a booking calendar and client base, not a medical record system. The notes help you prepare for the visit; every decision about the procedure stays with you. You can export your client list at any time.

Deposits and reminders against no-shows

An empty 90-minute slot for a combined cleansing is a lost evening. With online deposits through Stripe the client pays part of the price when booking, a percentage you set once for the whole account, so a long procedure brings a bigger deposit. If she cancels in time, the deposit goes back to her.

Clients get a confirmation email right after booking and a reminder the day before the visit by email and SMS, in their own language. If plans change, the client reschedules or cancels through the link in the email, and the slot opens for someone else. More on the reminders page.

What else Klendr gives a cosmetologist

Beyond booking, a few tools cover the daily routine of a cosmetology room.

  • [Booking page](features/booking) — procedures grouped into cleansing, peels, care and add-ons, with photos and prices; a client can add an alginate mask to a cleansing in one booking.
  • Calendar sync — appointments show up in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar on your phone.
  • Team plan — share a studio with a massage therapist or a brow artist and get one common calendar and one studio page.
  • Your website — embed the booking form with the WordPress plugin, or on Wix, Shopify and Tilda.

Questions about online booking for cosmetologists

Can clients book a consultation before the first procedure?

Yes. Add the consultation as a separate service with its own duration and price. Give it a clear name like "Consultation for new clients", and new clients will start there.

How do I plan a course of 4–6 peels?

At the end of each visit, book the next one in the calendar with the interval you recommend, or let the client book it from your link. Note the visit number in the client card. Before every visit the client gets a reminder.

Where do I keep notes on skin type and contraindications?

In the client card, as free text next to the visit history. Notes stay in your account and never appear on the public booking page.

Can I take a deposit for long facial treatments?

Yes, through Stripe. The client pays the deposit when booking, and it is refunded if she cancels. The rest of the price is paid at the visit as usual.

Do clients need an app to book a facial?

No. The booking page opens in any phone browser, and booking takes four steps without registration.

What does a booking program for a cosmetologist cost?

The Individual plan is €10 a month or €96 a year. Individual Plus is €15 a month and includes 50 SMS. A salon with several specialists uses the Team plan. Every plan starts with 14 days free.
