Booking page for coaches and consultants
Online booking for coaches and consultants is the start, and the same calendar handles the business admin behind it: VAT invoices to clients and their employers, a small inventory of books and workbooks, the full session history of every client and reports on hours coached and income. Prospects book a free intro call or a paid session themselves.

Coaching is billed in hours and remembered in conversations, and both get lost between email threads and spreadsheets. Klendr ties them to the session itself: when a meeting ends, the invoice, the notes and the hours in your reports are already in place.
- Invoicing for your accountant — a PDF invoice with VAT to a private client or to the employer who pays for a manager’s coaching, sent automatically after the session, with a payment term and late-payment interest. Each month you hand over one CSV and a PDF archive of all coaching invoices, plus the Stripe deposits. See invoices and payments.
- Books and workbooks in stock — if you sell your own book, printed workbooks or coaching card decks, keep them in Klendr, put them on the session invoice and get an email when the last box is nearly empty. Attach one workbook to a programme kick-off session and it is written off automatically.
- Client history — every intro call and session, its length and price, no-shows and your notes on goals and agreed next steps sit in one client card, so a programme picks up where it stopped. The client base can be exported anytime.
- Hours and income — analytics shows revenue per month, the hours you actually coached, which weekdays fill up, your most booked session types and the clients or companies that bring the most.
Why coaches switch to online booking
Coaching and consulting are sold through conversations, and every conversation starts with finding a time. Five emails back and forth to agree on one call is normal, and every extra round is a chance for a warm lead to cool down and go with someone who answered faster.
A scheduling link replaces that. Put klendr.me/your-name in your LinkedIn profile, your email signature, your newsletter and at the end of a webinar. The person sees only the hours you actually offer, picks one in four steps and gets a confirmation email straight away, without creating an account.
A free intro call as the first service
Most coaches start with a short free conversation to see whether they are a good fit. In Klendr this is simply a service with the price €0 and a length of 20 or 30 minutes. It sits at the top of your booking page, so a new visitor has an easy first step, and existing clients go straight to the paid sessions below it.
Limit how many intro calls you take by giving them their own time: for example, offer them only on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons using the schedule for separate dates, and keep mornings for paying clients. After a good call the client books the first paid session from the same link.
Coaching programmes, packages and invoices
Many coaches sell a programme, for example six sessions over three months. Klendr does not have built-in packages or prepaid bundles, so you agree on the programme and its payment outside the booking page. Each session is then booked as a normal appointment, either by you at the end of a meeting or by the client from your link, and the visit history in the client card shows how many sessions have taken place.
For the payment itself you can send a PDF invoice with VAT from Klendr to the client or to their company, which matters for consultants who bill employers. The revenue overview in analytics then shows what each month brought in.
Online sessions and clients in other countries
Create the online session as its own service next to an in-person meeting, with its own price. Klendr does not host video calls: you meet in Zoom, Google Meet or Teams and send the meeting link to the client yourself after the booking, or keep a fixed personal room link and share it when you confirm.
If you work with clients abroad, remember that the times on your booking page follow the time zone of your account. Say which one in the service description, for example "all times are Tallinn time", so a client in London or Berlin knows to recalculate. Your sessions also appear in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar through the calendar feed, next to your other meetings.
What coaches and consultants get in Klendr
You can run it from the browser on a laptop between calls or from the Android app on your phone.
- One scheduling link — intro call, sessions and consultations on one page with your photo and a short description of how you work. See the booking page.
- Confirmations and reminders — an email right after booking and a reminder the day before by email and SMS, in the client's language. More in notifications.
- Deposit or no-show fee — one setting for the whole account through Stripe: either a percentage taken at booking or a card saved and charged only when someone does not show up. Details in payments.
- Calendar — day, week and month view, blocked hours, holidays, alternating A/B weeks and moving a call by dragging it. More on the calendar.
- Email campaigns — send your client list news such as free slots in December or a new programme, with an unsubscribe link.
- Embed on your site — add the booking form to your website with the WordPress plugin, Wix, Shopify or Tilda.
